Repaired, Renewed, Restored

The main floor of our house has nine baseboard heaters. For the past three winters, only three of the nine have worked--and we have had to heat the house with wood. This fall another heater failed--and so did my patience. I told Pat that it really didn't make sense to be heating with wood in the year 2009, and that I would really like to be able to be warm in 2010! Granted, I had resisted replacing the baseboard heaters in years past, because that would have forced me to strip the wallpaper (here). But now the wallpaper was gone, and I was ready to deal with the cosmetic repairs that would be required after the old baseboard heaters were replaced.

Pat agreed that this was the perfect time for a project of his own (!)--a project involving repair, replacement, and restoration. He bought new, efficient, wall-mounted heaters. He solicited the services of our electrician friend, Charlie. He set aside a weekend to begin his project. ... And the he told me that the first heaters he planned to replace were the ones in our master bedroom and master bathroom. Heaters that still work!!

I made it very clear to Pat that I wanted the defunct downstairs heaters replaced--not the "funct" upstairs heaters! And the heated topic of heater replacement was closed. Or so I thought.

A couple of days later Pat said, "Here's the deal. Simply replacing the downstairs heaters won't solve the heating problem. Some of those heaters don't work because they aren't getting any power. And I don't know where to begin to restore the power. I didn't build this house!"

Disconnected. Defunct. Powerless. In need of repair, renewal, and restoration. Where to begin? For the heaters, it was simple. We have a friend who is knowledgeable, available, and willing--Charlie! Charlie helped Pat to identify the supply circuits. Charlie isolated the problem components. Charlie made the needed repairs and replaced the heaters. And in just a few hours Charlie had our downstairs heat restored!

Disconnected? Defunct? Powerless? In need of repair, renewal, and restoration? Wondering where to begin? It's surprisingly simple. We have a Friend who is knowledgeable, available, and willing. He is the original Builder of your house. He knows all your circuits. He can isolate the problem, make the repair, and reconnect you to the Power. He wants to restore whatever is broken in your life... to give you the gift of renewal and restoration in 2010. Why not give Him the gift that only you can give? Give Him your broken life this year and begin the process of becoming Repaired, Renewed, and Restored!
